How to Order an Area Rug

Step 1: You will first need to chose a design from our "DESIGN MANUAL."

Step 2: Determine what size you would like the rug to be.

Step 3: Determine which colors you would like. Platinum has already determined the proper color schematic (see below).

Step 4: Complete the Custom Rug Order Form and mail it to "Platinum Designer Rugs" with your deposit. Your rug will ship within four weeks.

Using One of Your Own Patterns


Step 1: Fax your design to 1-800-662-4251, "Attention: Custom Rug Department."

Be sure to include:

  • A clear line drawing or sketch of the design
  • The number of colors the rug will have
  • The size of the rug
  • A fax number where you can be reached

Step 2: A formal quote with a registered quote number will be faxed back to you within 24 hours.
